Our community was desperately in need of a new gate access control system. The old keypad/gate opener entry just was not providing the control we needed. We did extensive research and contacted a wide variety of vendors. What struck me about ISN was their ability to quickly grasp the unique requirements of our oceanfront gated community. In meeting our most recent challenge of processing a high vehicular traffic volume with limited human and physical resources, ISN solved our vehicle processing dilemma, in a cost effective manner, by developing a “site-specific” mobile app used with an i-phone that effectively doubled our ability to process vehicles by virtually creating a second processing line. Utilizing a built-in barcode scanner, ISN’s iPhone app allows us to process incoming vehicles by scanning barcodes on pre-issued passes, which updates our main processing computer in real-time and also allows for remote operation of our entrance gates.

Olivier and the Team at ISN were very easy to work with when developing and installing our Gatekeeper system. They have been very open to collaborating with us on programming ideas that customizes the system to meet the needs of our community. Tech support is always available to us in a within a reasonable time; Georgia, Chris W. and Chris S. are top notch in support and Mike B is very responsive for sales and product questions.

RiverStone is a gated development of 308 lakeside luxury homes in Davie located near public parks and a major highway. Thus, controlling access to our community is important to us. We count on our ISN Gatekeeper system to automate and control all vehicular access through our resident entry lane and through our Gatehouse managed visitor lane. We recently enhanced our ISN system with web access for our residents to manage their visitor access to our community and for automated notifications to residents when a visitor clears the Gatehouse lane.
